英國陶瓷研究協(xié)會（British Ceramic Research Association，簡稱BCRA）成立于1948年4月，歷史悠久，是由1920 年成立的英國耐火材料研究協(xié)會和1937 年成立的英國陶器研究協(xié)會合并而成。BCRA是目前世界上較大的陶瓷技術(shù)研究組織，其業(yè)務(wù)范圍幾乎涵蓋了所有陶瓷領(lǐng)域（日用陶瓷、工程陶瓷、建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷、耐火材料、粗陶建筑制品（磚瓦、陶管等）、電瓷等），包括調(diào)查研究、評估、制造、試用檢測，研究對象從原材料到成品及產(chǎn)品程序。BCRA有經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的專家隊(duì)伍提供深入的服務(wù)，這種從一般的產(chǎn)品和原材料的檢測到協(xié)助開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品、改進(jìn)或引進(jìn)工藝技術(shù)的專業(yè)化服務(wù)，對制造工業(yè)具有十分重要的意義。

BCRA提供的陶瓷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)顏色板是業(yè)界常用的顏色標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，用于標(biāo)定光譜分光式色度計，包括半球光路測試條件和 d/d 測試條件，平時被叫做BCRA陶瓷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色板。

BCRA Series II色板的尺寸：5cm×5cm，共包括14塊板：
